Regarding Forum Profiles
I've been corresponding with the developer of the plugin that makes this forum possible and he is working on an integration between the Forum plugin and the plugin that allows users to update their Research Profile.
As of right now, when you click on the Profile link above, it takes you to your Research Profile, but it doesn't show a history of your forum posts or comments. Sometime in the near future, you will be able to see both the forum posting history and the research profile when you click on any Profile link on the site.
For the time being, however, if you want to view the post history for any user, simply click on the link to my forum history (it will open in a new tab), but change the last part (the username) to whatever the user's desired forum handle* is.

*The forum handle is the part followed by the @ below their name on their forum posts.
